Integrator/Formulation in ADAMS Solver settings

Hello,
Is there an ADAMS documentation or any other source that explains how do these different Integrators and Formulations in Solver settings work, and what are their pros and cons? Or is there somebody willing to briefly explain this on their own?

MSC runs a course called Advanced Solver which takes you through how the Solver works and what the settings do. It's a very good course. Other than that the help file is somewhat useful.
