Intel Visual Fortran: Change icon for console applications

Hi there, this is my question:

Assuming that I already have an .ICO file, how do I change the program icon for a console application?

1) Create a shortcut for the application
2) Right click on the application shortcut and select properties
3)Change icon to your .ico file
