Intelligent Pigging - Min. requirement

Friends,
Need help: Information required whether any existing rule of thumb to calculate minimum flow rate and pressure required to achieve optimum tool speed while Intelligent pigging a wet gas line. Any websites or link to literature for more details would be much appreciated.

The tool supplier will be able to advise you best. They will have specification requirements for the parameters. First take a look at NACE RP0102 and move on from there.

Gas lines generally need more pressure than liquid lines. Some contractors need up to 7000 kPa, but the requirements vary amongst different tool manufacturers. Its best to contact them about it.
