interact with (rotate) part on screen, with arrow keys

Is there a way to control rotation of the part on screen using arrow keys? (ie: like Solidworks interface allows). Left arrow rotates clockwise around an inferred vertical axis on-screen; Right arrow rotates vice versa. Up and down arrows rotate around an inferred horizontal axis on-screen.

It's a very convenient way to interact in situations where one doesn't have completely optimal access to a mouse or spaceball (ie: giving presentations or walk-throughs, or working from a laptop, etc).
