I apologize if this is a rookie question but here goes: I am familiar with model analysis checking clearances and interferences between components of an assembly. What I would like to do is assemble two very similar components and view the geometry that does not interfere. In other words, what is the difference between two models? For example, if I have scanned geometry of a casting I would like to compare to the model and see what does not match. Can this be done?

Open one of the parts, then do Analysis - Compare Part - By Geometry, and pick the other part, reduce the tolerance and spacing to suit.
