Hi everyone,
I have to design / choose anchor bolts to anchor interior wall divisions to the ceiling and to the front of the concrete floor slabs. The components of the interior wall divisions is as follows:
2 gypse boards (16mm thick each)
1 vertical HSS tube from ceiling to top of window of the wall + isolation material
2 gypse boards (16mm thick each)
What I’d like to know is, what load should I apply to the wall? Horizontally and or vertically? What distance from the ceiling / floor?
Thank in advance everyone.
