Internal Coating of Pipe - Anyone knows who could do it?

Hello everyone,

Could you assist me with a firm (contractors) who could perform internal coating of our pipeline. I recently experience severe problems with our internal corrosion on non piggable lines with low flow. Does anyone have any governing agencies like DOT 192 (Gas) or Engineering standard for internal corrosion control?

Another question: Do you know any contractors doing pipeline bridge repair (suspension cables, rollers, clamps, etc.)
