Is it possible to manually sketch a spline tooth profile given the following data, or is a profile generation program required?

Internal Spline (Root Side Fit)
Tooth Form: ASA b5.15-1960
Pitch: 32/64
Pitch Dia: 0.3438
Pressure Angle: 30
Max Effective Space width: 0.0503
Min Actual Space Width: 0.0503
Base Dia: 0.2977
Fillet Rad: 0.006
Major Dia: 0.4000 +0.0030
Measuring Pin Dia: 0.0540
Max Measurement Between 2 Pins: 0.2654

If it's possible to generate a tooth profile manually with this, could someone please point me in the right direction to find out how? Thanks very much, in advance!

It is possible. Here's what you need to do:
1. Draw the base circle BD=PD*cos(PA)
2. Draw two involutes of that circle, left and right

3. Those involutes will be the flanks. Rotate them to a position when the desired space width is created between them. A useful formula at this step is:

l=R*A*pi/180
l=circular segment's length
R-radius of a circle
A-angle in degrees

4. Add tip and root diameters, trim and round
5. You could also draw in the pins to check the over pin dimension.

Does this help you any?
