I am looking for dimensional information on all the various types of wall outlet plugs.

Order catalogs from various vendors...most should be available on net as well..

this software will give you the names of the various plugs.
Then you maybe able to search on each different type.
IE the US plugs are nema 5-15 and the nema standards
can be downloaded here.

Hubbel publishes a nice poster with pictorials and specs. It is not international however.

You could also call your local Underwriters Laboratories and ask for their Standard for Attachment Plugs. As I remember there were exhaustive measurements contained in their standards. I would call and get the correct Standard number to start.
