Hi everyone,

I'm a user of NX8.5 and I use interpart expressions at assembly to control components that are read only in my assembly. As you know, I can't creat expressions in parts that are read only. At NX8.5 this action is very easy, but in NX10 and NX11 it's not.
Normally, the structure to creat this event until NX8.5 was similar to image attached:

How can I do this on NX10 and NX11?

I hope you understanding me.

Thanks.

Can you give an example of what you are trying to do?

Handling Interpart expressions in NX11 is done by selecting any of the options shown below.

Which produces the following menu where you can select the part you want to link to, and the expression which is to be taken.

Hi, Ronald.
Thanks for your quick answer.

I had attached two examples about my problem.

(NX8.5) On file "Ex_assembly", you'll find two expressions that controlling both components mouted.

(NX11) On file "Lock", you'll find an interpart expression "CP". This expression (value=0 or 10), should control the cilinder position on component "festo-advu-50-15-apa_curso", but this expression is Locked. This is my problem.

Again, thank you for your time.
