INTERPART EXPRESSIONS

We have upgraded to V 2212 and I am trying to create interpart expressions.
When is create them I cannot see them and cannot filter them which makes me think that I may not have created them.
I opened older parts that I know have them and cannot see them in those parts.
Why am I not able to create new or see them.

In the expression visibility section, try setting "show" to "all expressions" (or "interpart expressions") and "expression groups" to "show all".

I hade both set to show all but did not have LOCKED FORMULA checked.
