Hi all,
I am modeling a bone surface with a cartilage layer and a plastic component inserted into the block of the bone/cartilage composite all together compressed by a metal surface. Currently I only have BC on the bottom surface of the bone to stop motion. I seem to get what I am looking for when I just model the bone/cartilage compressed by the metal, but I get the following error when I try to insert the plastic component inside the bone/cartilage surface:

THE SLAVE SURFACES ASSEMBLY_CP-5-BONE-1 AND ASSEMBLY_CP-6-BONE-1 INTERSECT EACH OTHER. THEY ARE PAIRED WITH MASTER SURFACES ASSEMBLY_CP-5-UHMWP-1 AND ASSEMBLY_CP-6-UHMWP-1 THAT ALSO INTERSECT EACH OTHER. IF BOTH PAIRS ARE *CONTACT PAIRs, THESE TWO PAIRS SHOULD NOT BE SIMULTANEOUSLY PRESENT IN A STEP BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE CONVERGENCE PROBLEMS; USE *MODEL CHANGE,TYPE=CONTACT PAIR TO REMOVE ONE OF THEM. IF BOTH ARE *TIE PAIRS, THE REDUNDANT TIES WILL BE REMOVED AUTOMATICALLY. IF ONE PAIR IS *TIE AND ANOTHER IS *CONTACT PAIR, REMOVE ONE OF THEM.

This warning comes for all surfaces interacting. I am not very sure what it means since all defined surfaces are finite and don't intersect physically. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
