Well... every one should know by now how to sort your columns in Pro/Intralink... by using the Table Disply... and you can left click on a column to sort by that column...
Well... Here's a sweet little tip I thought everyone knew... Hold down your shift button and you can sort combined columns...
So... this means if you left click on the Workspace Status column... it's sorts the status' alphabetically... Now hold shift and left click on the Name... It's secondary sorts Names... Meaning: All new items are sorted alphabetically by Name, then modified, then read only... etc...
To change the direction of a sort from assending to desending of a column... hold shift and left click again... That easy...
Tougher to describe then I thought... But try it out and you'll see that it is the same as using the Sort Tab of the Display settings...
