I going to performance a intrusion test according AC_25_795-1A.
mass 45 Kg
Energy 600 Joules
I will like to know if I can calculate the force at the moment of the impact.

no you can't. knowing mass and energy you can calc velocity. To calc impact force you need the time duration on the impact (how long does it take for the object to decelerate from v to zero ? that's acceleration and you know m, so ...

There are instrumented impactors that will measure the force versus time during the impact. From this everything else can be calculated.
