invalid object index, file is corrupt SW2005

I just cleaned up my pc (complete reformat) and installed SW2005 as a new install.

I then opened my master model (clean and created on a different pc, with the same version/copy/disk of SW). The model opened fine. I then shut down the pc and restarted it 12 hours later.

When I try to open the model, I get the error "invalid object index, file is corrupt"

Why? how do i correct? What did i do wrong?

Did you turn off anti-virus before SW install?

Yes the anti virus and firewall were turned off for the install. The install went perfectly
