Inventor 2011 2D Constraints 1

I am sure I am going to be shot down by asking this but, how does one effect the AutoCAD equivalent of snap to endpoint when 2D sketching say on the face of a part?

Was there a reason why this constraint option was not included in Inventor?

It should work the same?
Or are you trying to snap to something that is not in the sketch? In that case - Project Geometry first to add it to the sketch.

Second thought is that you might have accidently turned off auto-constraints or constraint persistence.

That sounds like it will solve my problem. But there is not an actual "endp" command as there was in AutoCad is there?

Inventor should autmatically find enpoints in a sketch (of course they must exist in the sketch to be found).

Dear rollupswx,

I think I am still finding it difficult to shrug off 16+ years of MDT.

I still miss the command line to check on past history for sizes etc and whilst there is no doubt Inventor is far more intuitive it seems to lose out by not having some of MDT's better features.
