Inventor crash (parts list)

Hello, (Inventor 2008 pro SP1). (Vista)
I'm still struggling on the dimensioning query above, but have another problem, when I use a parts list in my IDW file and then try to convert it to a dwf... it crashes out of Inventor with (a ++CC runtime error), when I remove the parts list from the IDW it creates the dwf perfectly,

can anyone help please!!
