Inverter Motor Starting

Is anyone aware of a tool that allows for the modeling of motor starting from a solar cell array inverter. I would like to be able to model the maximum KVA of motor starting capacity both when the inverter is isolated and when connected in parallel with the local utility.

ATP can be used for lots of such simulations. And it's free. You need to apply for a license, though.
