IR flame detector

Good afternoon,
I have tried to find a manual for the FV421i IR detector online but can only find the data sheet. Can someone point me in the direction as to where to find this ?

Thanks for this but I wasn’t sure if this covered the intrinsically safe version as I couldn’t see it mentioned in the text.

Sounds plausible, although there's a truckload of solar in the MWIR band. 4.5 um is just north of the CO2 absorption band in the atmosphere; I've seen literature where there is excess emission in that regime from flames.

I can't find a listing for an intrinsically safe model, let alone instructions.
