Summary:
This is a piece of tubing I want to apply to an assembly Im working on. I started with a partial revolve of the tubing profile, revolving 270 degrees. Then I swept a sketched profile placed near the end of the revolve in the shape of an L and mirrored the final geometry.

Problem:
I know there must be a better method of doing this SMOOTHLY. The ends where the two features meet are very rough and not properly capped. I would also like to be able to apply a radius where the circular profile bends towards the vertical so the transition is smoother like in the upper bend/radius.
THANK YOU very much in advance.

You will need to produce a 3 dimensional curves to use as your sweep trajectory.

Are you familiar with intersecting sketched curves?

I am not. I will search around for a tutorial. If you have any references you can post it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
