Irregular Sketches in Autodesk: Inventor

Does anyone know how to sketch on a Curved Surface in Inventor? I've tried and tried but i can't seem to fine a way to do this, if anyone has more know-how than me I would love some advice, Thanks.

You will probably have to use some 3D sketch tools like Project Curve to Surface or 3D intersection Curve to obtain what you want.
