Is ACAD-R14 Windows 2000 compliant

Do you know if ACAD-R14 is Windows 2000 compliant? Things I'm reading about it say for Wins95\NT3.51\NT4.0
Haven't seen anything about 2000. Is there a patch or something to upgrade it?
