Is Anybody familiar with the CTWALL program?

First time using the CTWALL program for floodwall design and trying to duplicate the numbers/result by hand but having problem with it. Could anyone give me some hint.

I am currently working with the CTWALL program. Its probably too late, but do you still have any questions on this program.
