Is it possible to read-in an idf file from Expedition, Pads, Veribest?

Greetings:

Pro/E is able to read-in *.emn, *.emp an idf file from Mentor and create a 3D models of a PCB layout assembly with all the components locations and heights. Is there a way do the same thing in Catia?
