Is it possible to set the sketch tools in continuous mode?

Greetings:

Personally, I find dimensional constraint, sketching tools in Catia v5r17 are counter productive. For instance:

- for a multi-segment profile: I select the Line tools, select a point, draw the line, select the line tools again and repeat the above steps many times.

- for dimensional constraint: I select the Dimensinal constraint tools, select the entities or vertices that I would like to dimension, place the dimension and repeat the above step over and over.

Can these tools be set in continuous mode, i.e once you select the tool it will stay active (similar to Spline tool) until I exit or select another tool ?

For continuous profile, you don't need to make multiple entities. You can use the "Profile" tool. It will make lines by default, but when you want to add an arc, you simply hold down the selection but for a second or two, while dragging. See the Profile tool in the help docs for more info.

To keep any command running, you just need to double-click the icon. It will repeat after the last item until you cancel, or select a new command.
