Is SA-266 Cl.2 still permitted for ASME VIII? 1

Could anyone please tell me if SA-266 Cl.2 is permitted as per ASME SEC.II Part D in edition 2004 for using in ASME Sec. VIII (Pressure Vessels) or not?
