Is the allowable stress of SA-516 70N same as SA-516 70? 1

I could not find the allowable stress in ASME Sec II Part D for SA-516 70N. Does that mean that their stresses are the same?

Yes. Grade 70 steel under ASME SA-516 must meet the minimum mechanical property requirements, hot rolled or normalized.
