Is the Ultimate strength of ASTM F1554 Grade 55 anchor rods 75ksi?

I'm looking for the futa value in ACI 318-08 App. D.5.1.2, 75ksi??

Per ASTM F1554, for Grade 55, Tensile Strength = 75-95 ksi. So you should use the minimum of 75 ksi.
