Is there a parameter for file location

Is there a parameter that can be used to show the location of a drawing or part in wildfie 2?
I'm in the process of mopping up multiple common parts with the aim of placing them in one of a number of set directories, that everyone can access.

I've had a look in pro-e's help and searched this forum, but not found anything.
