Is there a program that is GUI based that will manipulate .job files

I am looking for a newer GUI based program that will allow me to manipulate .job files that were created in Cadkey's Cutting edge program which is a DOS based program. If there is a program out there that will allow me to do this, or if there is an import function within Cadkey19 it would save a ton of down time switching from windows to DOS. CAN ANYONE OFFER ANY INSIGHT.
