Is there a RoHS compliant protective / paint finishes resource? 1

I'm trying to find information regarding the compliance of various protective finishes (Anodise etc) and paint finishes (Epoxy polyester etc) to the RoHS standard.

I was wondering if anyone else has been involved in this activity, and if there was a worthwhile resource collating this information?

If a RoHS compliant (Yes or No) resource isn't available, is there anywhere that will specify the chemical composition of various finishes so that I can check for myself?

Any help would be appreciated

We are asking each supplier (i.e. DuPont, PPG, etc.) to give compliance certificate for each finish by our part number. So far this is not problem, problem is so much colors have bad elements, everything made in 2007 may be same color...
