Is there a setting for the popup dialog when placing dimensions?

Is there a setting for the popup dialog when placing dimensions? I would like to increase the time it for it to pop up.

Preferences - drafting -dimension - workflow - pause delay for on screen dialog.
0 to 5 seconds.
I have submitted an ER for that this popup should not appear until some type of hot key was pressed.
I find that popup dialog pretty annoying. Either it isn't there when i want it to, or it pops up when I am still trying to place the dimension.
and other times i don't want to see it at all.
The "rapid dimension" is sluggish , despite new computer. The interaction is ok but the dialog-s are slow.
- A menu should appear instantly when i select the button.

Thank you, Tomas! That was exactly what I was looking for and I also located the preference in customer defaults.
