Is there a way to generate a list of all of the files you have checked out in Teamcenter/NX?

No matter how careful I seem to be about checking files back in when I am done, inevitably I always get someone telling me I somehow have a file checked out. Is there a command or something I can run every so often that gives me a list of files checked out for either just my teamcenter ID? A way to do a site wide list of all the checked out files and who has them checked out would also be great so I cam hopefully start to crack down on people leaving things checked out. I am using TC10 to be exact.

You can do a search for all of the "Objects Checked Out"

Go do search a general search pull down then go to more. This should be at the bottom of the pull down. Under system defined searches find Checked-out Objects. Then you can do a search on this.

Just in case you don't know, you can also save that search. This makes it much easier to do next time rather than going through page after page looking for your user id.

I was just asking about this on the Siemens Teamcenter admin board. I was hoping there would be a utility in TC that would automatically check in items (weekly or nightly), so we don't have lingering checked out datasests, but I learned it would have to be a custom script.

I know there is a setting which you can make, or a preference which you can set which makes the system warn you that you have files checked out when you close Teamcenter...

I don't recall which preference that was.
