Is there an elegant way to satisfy two different air demands with one set of compressor? 1

I need air for two applications.

Application one is flushing filters:
~ 500 Nl/min
4 bar,
dew point +3°C

The other is operating small valves and the like:
~ 3 or 4 Nl/min
6.5 bar
dew point -20°C

Both need quality class 1 re. particulates and oil. Since the client does not want to deal with oily condensate (and no application needs oil in the air) we decided to go with oil free compressors.

I see two options:
1) Build a system for ~500l, 6,5 bar, -20°C dew point: Bad because more expensive than it needs be and less energy effective (more pressure, waste of air for flushing adorption dryer)

2) Have two completely separate systems.

Is there a third option I' missing?

A side stream off your 4 bar 3C air to go to 6.5bar and add a further much smaller dryer?

your filtration and much of the water will go in the first stage of compression so your compressor and dryer for the second stage will be smaller and not need a filter.

PS v- This is the wrong forum - it's for hydraulic fluid systems. Would be much better in the gas compression forum...

thx for the input, I will look into this - should certainly be doable, the question is if it's possible with off the shelf components (including control) or if it required bespoke engineering.

My guess was that this is the forum for pneumatics and hydraulics.
