Is there any difference between durability analysis and endurance analysis? What does fatigue analysis exactly refers to? Are these three of them are interlinked?

i'd say all three terms mean the same, when applied to structures. i think you use standard fatigue analysis tools (S/N curves, Kt) to solve.

as applied to a system, "endurance" could refer to time to break-down.

In my area, endurance and durability do have some subtly different contexts. "Endurance" generally equates to survival against physical environments, like vibration or shock, while "durability" often equates to survival against a physical agent, like blowing sand or rubbing.

The terms "fatigue analysis", "durability analysis" and "endurance analysis" means the same in the stress analysis area.

Although, these expressions have different meaning in other areas. For example, durability often is related to the hability to one component stand for a specified period of time under corrosion, erosion, etc.
