Hi,

Is there any utility to convert already existing NX6 part to NX4 part.. I can do the parasolid out and parasolid in to NX4 file, but I will loose the drawing.. I was to keep the drawing also..

You could try using IGES or STEP. However, there is NO NX utility which will 'convert' a newer NX Part file into something which can be opened in an older version of NX and still retain such things as features, assemblies, drawings, etc. Other than using a standards-based translator, as I suggested above, the officially supported built-in workflow only allows the unparameterized Solid/Sheet bodies to be 'down-versioned' via the Export -> Parasolid function.

There is NO conversion utility that will keep a drawing associated to the model.
Use STEP or IGES for the model and DXF or IGES for the drawing.
