Is there any way of importing same floors from an ETABS model to another one? 1

Hi everybody,

I have to do the same 3 floors that is existing in a ETABS model of mine, in a different ETABS model of mine.

So that I want to know is there any way of importing same floors from an ETABS model to another one?

File -> export -> Partial ETABS edb file
File -> import -> ETABS edb file

You can also copy and paste elements, but I've found it to be a bit flakey. Last time I tried, the property definitions wouldn't translate between models and the properties would be reset to default.
