Is there way to link the toolbar to a role

NX6.0.5.3.. Is there a way to link a toolbar to role .. This tool bar should become active when I change the role .. I do not want this to be a default toolbar to load to everyone on the site..

Is there a way to do this?

Have you set up the roles to be saved in the site_dir and thereby common to all users ?
I have on my computer set UGII_USER_DIR which we haven't set as company wide variable.
In that directory i have a startup folder and a ".tbr" ( created the good old way ...)
It isn't connected to a role unless i save different roles with the toolbar off or on.
