Item: Quench and Tempered Fastener, for the purpose of dimensional control has been stress Relieved.
Item has been quenched and has been Tempered. Tempering temperature is 655 Deg C
Question 1)
What shoul be the Stress Relief Temperature
Question 2) ASME Sec II A SA 193 Clause 6.1.1 states thus

Quenched and Tempered ferritic Material that is subsequently cold drawn for dimensional control shall be stress relieved after cold drawing. The MINIMUM STRESS RELIEF temperature SHALL be 55 Deg C BELOW the tempering temperature.

Does the above statement have error?
Question 3) should it not be "Maximum Stress Relief shall be 55 Deg below the tempering temperature" meaning that the item should be stress releved below 600 Deg C
or
Question 4) Should it not be "Minimum Stress relief temperature shall be higher than 55 Deg Below the tempering temperature" meaning the Stress releif temperature shall be higher than 600 Deg C.
Question 5) If the clause 6.1.1 is correct statement, what does it mean?
