Is this really a custom (non-standardised) spline design? (actual 3D scan included)

Hello guys. In the past i was trying to reverse-engineer a spline to use with some custom pulleys, and i couldn't get a standardised spline design to work. I was certain it was an involute spline but turns out it's not. I've checked ISO, BSI, JIS, DIN nothing worked. In the end i had my manufacturing guy take the shaft to someone with a 3D scanning service and here is what i've got back:
(siemens nx file - i've actually got an STP file from them that i converted - also I've had them scan the original pulley so i have both internal and external splines)
(which worked, but probably there was some processing done to get such accurate surfaces - really interested to find out what software and hardware was used to obtain this).

Also here's the old thread i made but it had to do more with design because i was certain it was an involute spline:
So can someone check and tell me what type of spline it is actually?

Kind regards
