Is this video card good to run I-DEAS NX 11?

Hi, folks,
I am trying to buy a computer from DELL,
I am not sure the video card is good enough for IDEAS_NX11, and how good it support OPEN-GL,

CPU, P4 3.2G with HT technology.
1GB system memory.

256MB PCI Express™ x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon X600 SE HyperMemory
It has 128MB on board memory, and need to share system memory to get to 256MB.

Appreciate for the input.
