ISO 4210:1996?

Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of ISO 4210:1996 - Cycles, Safety requirements for bicycles.
This standard spedifies safety & performance requirements for design, assembly, & testing of bicycles.

I do not have any expereince of the ISO requirements but I do have some experience of the U.S code of Federal Regulations as it applies to bicycle safety standards.
