ISO / TS / APQP questions

I've welcomed myself in to the world of ISO/TS/APQP/PPAP/XYZ and now i'm wondering what exactly a control plan is and how - if at all - it relates to a process flow diagram.

Also how does the APQP process relate to the TS standard. Which came first??
I would also be grateful if somebody could describe to me the basic/main steps of the APQP/TS workflow.

I suggest that you review the AIAG website. This is the organization that created APQP for the automotive industry. Here is a link to one of the documents that you need:

Also, ISO/TS 16949 is a standard that you can purchase. It is available directly from ISO.
