Is there such thing as a "typical" isolation valve for anhydrous ammonia pipe (say, 8" carbon steel) for plant piping vs cross-country pipeline?

You could use the same basic design for both, but you may need extended stems and lube and drain fittings, to order the valve with weld ends and mfgr welded 18" pups, a locking device and maybe an epoxy external coating for the pipeline valves. Plant valves are more commonly flanged in lieu of weld ends and are usually accessable, so not requiring the extended fittings.
