Issues with Metaform NX 8.0

To whom it may concern,

I am working with Metafrom command, and I am getting the correct legths for the short edges, but for the longer edges the dimensions are of by a few 10 thousandths of an inch. I am using for boundary conditions the curve along curve command. Any help that could be given to me would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to get a flat pattern for the part so that I can extrude the curve and build the part as a flat solid to send to vendor. Thanks again.

If you know what the length should be when flat maybe use 2 curve-along-curve constraints perpendicular to one another, that way it will flatten to an exact dimension.
