it14 standards? 2

Hello,
Does anybody here know where can I find more information about IT14 standards. I've been looking everywhere on web but no luck so far. We have been using IT14 standard tolerance table for plastic but would like more information on it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

IT14 is not a standard. It is just one "grade" group of tolerances in the ISO 286 standard (ISO system of limits and fits). You can find more about it in any dition of the Machinery Handbooks, you can also find some info about it on the Internet. Look for ISO fits.

IT14 is not a standard.the fact is that above the IT12 tolerance is free in china.it means it was controled by yourself ,do not by the stangard.so the dimension is not very important.
