Item balloon arrowhead line NX10 1

Did we lose the ability to set the stub length to zero, and have the arrowhead line directed to the circle's center?
Previously, simply setting the stub length to zero gave what item 40 looks like below,
but now (in NX10) we get what is shown with item 100.

Don't set the stub to 0 length, change the leader type to "Without Stub".
