IUAPROC file extension in V4?????

I down loaded a file from the skf bearing website for V4 and the file extension is "iuaproc".

Anyone have ideas on how to handle this? I am using V4.2.4.
As the end result I am needing a SolidE or SolidM.

It would be a macro to generate a part.

put the file into the */proc directory.

Once everything is set up
in the command line type /M MACRONAME

no extension,
maybe lowercase ??
