Japan Hayes Vacuum Furnaces

I currently work with a vacuum tempering furnace manufactured by a company called Japan Hayes, located in Japan. As I understand it there was a licensing agreement with C. I. Hayes of Rhode Island, but that C.I. Hayes has nothign to do with this company. I am interested if anyone else is familiar with the Japan Hayes company and if any domestic (U.S.) service or presence exists. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks.
