Japanese/Metric Shapes

Does anyone know of a website that can provide the section properties of Japanese/metric shapes? Example: "H 390X300X8X13" I would prefer the properties in pdf or xls format.

The info on shapes is near the middle of the page. I did not see the example you listed, but may have missed it.
